-Currently, we have two types of classes: 1-on-1 45 minutes per class and 1-on-1 60 minutes per class.
– Booking Policy: Have you paid for the class already? If not, kindly complete the payment before booking at 1-on-1 45 minutes per class or 1-on-1 60 minutes per class, or the reservation it will be cancelled in 2 hours.
– 预约政策：您已购买过课程了吗？在预约前,请先完成支付一对一每节课45分钟或一对一每节课60分钟 ，否则预约将在两个小时内被取消。
– Cancellation Policy: you can cancel or reschedule your class 48 hours in advance. If not, you will miss the class, and no refund will be issued.
– 取消政策：您可以提前48小时取消或改期。否则，您将失去这节课，且不能退款。
– Important notes: Please make sure to write down your email address correctly so that you will be able to receive the Skype meeting link by email later. Kindly write down your Chinese level on notes so that I can prepare the class material for you.
