– 预约政策：您已购买过课程了吗？在预约前,请先完成支付一对一每节课45分钟，一对一每节课60分钟或30分钟纯对话课。 ，否则预约将在两个小时内被取消。
– Booking Policy: Have you paid for the class already? If not, kindly complete the payment before booking at 1-on-1 45 minutes per class, 1-on-1 60 minutes per class and 30 minutes conversation class., or the reservation it will be cancelled in 2 hours.

– Cancellation Policy: you can cancel or reschedule your class 24 hours in advance. If not, you will miss the class, and no refund will be issued.
